The Midlothian Tenants Forum is a Registered Tenants Organisation (RTO) which represents tenants from all over Midlothian. We act as a voice for council tenants on a range of housing issues and help to influence the decisions on housing services.

Membership of the Forum is free to all Council tenants and each year members elect a committee to carry out the business of the Forum.

The committee meet on a monthly basis and twice a year they hold open meetings the next committee meeting will be on Monday 12th April at 6.15pm in the Bonnyrigg Public Halls.

Our annual tenants conference is being held on Saturday 15th May in the Arts Centre Dalkeith and our AGM will be in the same venue on Saturday 20th November.

Our main activities are to:

Work in partnership with Council
Encourage Tenant Participation
Represent Midlothian tenants on Council committees and Regional committees
Influence the development of housing services
Organise estate walkabouts
Produce tenants newsletters
Host the Annual Tenants Conference and regular open meetings
